Lee Watts - Manager - Manor Minor Juniors

Hi! My name is Lee and I'm the Club Manager. I look after both Manor Minors and Ossie's Allstars. I've been working for the Clubs for over seven years and have been in charge for over 12 months now.
I have an NVQ3 in Childcare Learning & Development and a BTEC level 3 in Forest Schools Leadership.
My favourite thing about Manor Minors is creating a safe and exciting enviroment in which children learn through play and develop new skills and a holistic view of the world around them.

Interesting Fact: I love music and have two sons, one called Rudi and the other Arlo.

Firstly our Management Team – Bookings, cancelations, invoicing and any changes to collection arrangements or personal circumstances should be discussed with the Management Team only.

Our Playworker Team are responsible for ensuring your children have an exciting, safe and enjoyable experience whilst in our care.

All of our staff hold (or are awaiting a place on a training course to obtain) a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate and a Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene Certificate; these are renewed at least every three years. All permanent staff who do not currently hold a relevant Childcare NVQ, are in the process of attaining these.

We are always interested in hearing from anyone who enjoys working with children; even if you can only spare an hour or so. So if you might be interested in joining us, please let Lee know.

Please take the time to get to know our staff, they have a very important job in looking after your children. If you have recently registered your child with the Club, then spending some time with them on these pages may help them feel more comfortable and familliar with staff names and faces before they start.
